Just a small note to express our thanks for the positive experience we had working with Joe Butler.
Having sold several houses before, we had complete confidence we could do the same at the shore. We tried for several months to sell it on our own but decided we needed to hire a Realtor to get the job done. We interviewed many different agents and decided to hire Joe to sell our home.

Not only did he sell our home, but he sold it in less than two months in one of the worst real estate markets in over 16 years. Aunt Josephine would have been happy.
