When I met Joe about a year ago, I was looking for a realtor in Avalon New Jersey that I could relate to and, hopefully, enjoy spending time with, because I anticipated that it could take a lot of looking to find the real estate I wanted to purchase. I wanted someone who would communicate the way I did by text or email when appropriate, but by a real phone call when necessary.
